Medicaid

Once a Medicaid member with Preferred Medical Plan (PMP), your Primary Care Doctor will provide or arrange for all of your medical care from the network of contracted providers. PMP's goal is to arrange the Covered Services you and your family need to help you stay healthy. You play a key role by taking care of yourself and following the advice of your Primary Care Doctor and other health care providers.

PMP covers the same covered health care services as Medicaid and this includes medical care for illness, injury, preventive health care and wellness. There are no co-payments for services covered by PMP, including your extra benefits.
